This is a stunning photo!

Very pleasing composition, exquisite colors (especially in the lake), and superb sharpness.

I especially admire the reflection of the far shores in the lake. It seems unbelievable to me that the white snow-capped peaks on the right can also be reflected when they seem to be so far behind the shore.

A few minor points to think about. Usually, I find wires quite a distraction in a nature scene. Here, I'm neutral; they don't hurt your photo but don't help it either. (Of course, that is something you can't control anyway.) Second, I wonder whether the photo might not be a small bit improved by cropping off the left edge. Pulling the viewer's eye off to the left to look at the distant mountain takes some of the power away from the main story, which itself is brilliant.
