This was taken in a major stopping point along the gold rush trail in Yukon, above the White Pass trail. This cabin housed four miners (different ones each year) while they waited for the snow and ice to clear before moving into the gold territory.

A very pleasant landscape full of sharp details and contrasty cold and warm earth colors...Be a bit more careful to keep horizon straight:-)

It's a bit of a pity about the too dark left mountain and slight tilt, because it's a truely wonderful landscape and you composed & photographed it well!

I like your composition. The hut/tree are a little underexposed, I am not sure if an ND filter would have worked here. Nice feel of desolation and emptiness, emphesised by the grey light.
I notice this pictures is only 46kb in size, you would really give this picture justice if you got closer to the 200kb limit.

Excellent composition, the paronamic format here works perfectly. Do have one taken on the left side and close to lake?
