I would like to show you a few photos from my trip to Canada last year .
I am not going to show you beautiful " post-card " - photos , but what I saw and learned when I visited my dear penfriend and her family in June 2005 .
I love to fly and watch the magnificent nature from above !
On my way from Copenhagen , I had been looking forward to see Greenland , but what really amazed me was, that it was cloudy ALL the way !! - So this is my first glimpse of the arctic world .

One of the better images from an aircraft window!
Your point of view is without discussion here, as we can see both the window frame and the wing, the ice on the glass adds to the feeling of an hostile environment...
A well framed shot with good details!

There is something with "through the window" shots that attract me, maybe because I'm an aircraft mechanic but still.
It must be the view.
Your perspective is great, although the topmost part of the wing might be clipped it still works.
Nice sharp detail to bring out the landscape and the details on the wing. (Pure guess: Boeing 767 or 777)
What really attracts me here is the nice ice crystals that have formed on the window, need I add that regular outside temperature at 30000ft is 56 degrees celsius BELOW.

Usually I don't like pictures taken from a plane.
But in yours the view is so clear and beautiful that I find it wonderfull.
Great colours too

Nice picture of the "cloudy" icy Greenland.
You feel the cold looking at your picture.
Nice POV and colors from an airplane window.
Cheers from Hong Kong.
