Photographer’s Note
On Easter Weekend a community picnic is held in Clyde River. Everyone ski-doos or goes by dog team (I have never been lucky enough to do that) to a sheltered cove which has a great hill for sliding. As part of the day, some folks built igloos. The snow has to be a certain texture to do this. It is very interesting to see one go up.

I have always been curious about igloos, this is a great photo revealing some details. I like the sharp details of the snow, I would like to see more of the surroundings on either side.

This is an amazing view of people building an igloo. Something I have only seen on TV before. Although it is a nice compositon, perhaps a little more space on the left to include the whole of the igloo would be even better. Good sky colours and sharpness. Well done.

I like the intensity of the white and blue here, and the industry of the subjects.
