Photographer's Note

For sure this is an ordinary shot from an airplane. But I liked the blueish, endless, frozen expanse of Nunavut, Northern Canada, in deep winter, a few hours before the end of last year. There were no clouds nor fog - just ice!
I didn't apply any workshop to this photo. I'm not sure about the actual location. Therefore I put it in Iqaluit, the capital of Nunavut, in South Baffin Island: 63.7538052, -68.548851. This, in fact, is near the shortest route from London to San Francisco (my flight).
"Nunavut - "our land" in the Inuktitut language - has been home to Inuit for millennia and part of Canada for more than a century." (From Government of Nunavut website).
