This iceberg split in two over a period of time. It is unusual for an iceberg to come into the Clyde River Inlet. One day, I had an opportunity to go out in a boat and see it from the other side. Usually I peered at it from the red house. I cropped some of the sky. I have been told it is not an overly interesting photo. Is there anything I could have done to improve it. I did sharpen it, maybe too much. Thanks for looking and commenting. Vera

Tres belle prise...impressionnante.
Les couleurs qui tranchent sans aucuns nuages dans ce ciel sont magnifiques.
Bravo ce fut un plaisir de voir ca.

I think it is interesting. I have never seen an iceberg. You have taken a nice photo Vera. I think the reflections are excellent. I hope you took lots of photos of the scene from various angles.

This is splendide. Amazing shot! It must be very nice to live in your community with such a view as this. Wow!
Thank you for sharing! You should try to add a frame next time! I'm sure it would add to this perfect shot!

Ah, I finally got to see the iceberg from outside of your abode! It's a beautiful shot! The reflection of the iceberg on the ripples of the sea is a wonderful view.
I do agree that you had over sharpened the picture and it looks a little harsh.
In addition, I personally feel that the composition is too symmetrical. I think another shot from a different angle would be nicer.
The lighting, however, was just right!

Very nice colours and reflections. Icebergs, tundra and bright buildings are superb! Landscape looks like in Chukotka...

This photo is spectacular - I love the rippled reflections of the icebergs. And the village in the background makes it interesting and gives it a sense of place.

Nice capture, very original, I don't know a lot of people who have an iceberg in front of his house!
