Photographer’s Note
Taken in Thetford Mines, Quebec, Canada. A city about three hours drive away from my home. Went there last weekend to visit a National Park in that area and ended up driving for three hours on friday night to sleep 3 hours, got up at 4:00 to find a nice place to photograph the sunrise, had to climb a few fences, ended up on a farmer land to catch what was the most beautiful Morning Mist I have ever seen. Happy that the Farmer was asleep at that time. Had to drive back home soon after because my girfriend wasn't feeling good so I never got to see the park and ended up doing a six hours drive for one roll of film. Still I think it was worth it.

Great, simply great. Another beautiful picture from "The Timecatcher" :). I love the colors and the peace in this picture. I love it. Directly to favorites.

my favourite mood - no rush, everything's calm, colors gradually emerging from the darkness. that's probably how the world was created and it only became crazy running later.
seems there was not much wind what enabled that long exposure. I am impressed by your choice of P121 filtering when taking a picture. If such picture would be taken by a digital camera and the effect you got by filtering, was obtained by a digital post processing on a computer, would you consider this as a "manipulation" ?

Very nice composition with the fence making a diagonal that lead our eyes deep into the landscape. Good colors although I feel the greens a just a bit too saturated.

Very well done.

Ouf! this image takes us directly in the depth of early morning. Fabulous composition with this fence drawing our eyes to the village. Beautiful!
