i took this picture on a holidays i spent in Canada, I was heading North coming from Quebec City, i was on the highway when after a hill i saw this view, unfortunately i could not stop to catch the picture so i had to made it through the windshield.
The hilly landscape you see is a Quebec region called Charlevoix.
''The Charlevoix region, located in Quebec, includes parts of the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River and the Laurentian Mountains region of the Canadian Shield. This dramatic landscape includes rolling terrain, fjords, headlands and bays. For much of its history, Charlevoix was home to a thriving summer colony of wealthy Americans, including President William Howard Taft. The community of La Malbaie was known as the first vacation spot in Canada. Scottish landowners Malcolm Fraser and John Nairn hosted visitors at their manors as early as 1760.
The topography of this region was dramatically altered by a meteorite impact that occurred 350 million years ago creating the Charlevoix crater.
This area was subsequently reshaped by glaciation.
The Charlevoix region was designated a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1989.
There have been several major earthquakes in the region:
on February 5, 1663, centred south of La Malbaie. See 1663 Charlevoix earthquake.
on December 6, 1791, centred near Baie-Saint-Paul
on October 17, 1860, centred under the Saint Lawrence River
on October 20, 1870, centred near Baie-Saint-Paul
on February 28, 1925, centred under the Saint Lawrence River. See 1925 Charlevoix-Kamouraska earthquake.
There were 8 earthquakes between magnitude 4 and 5 on the Richter scale between 1977 and 1997 in Charlevoix, with minimal damages
The region was named after Pierre François-Xavier de Charlevoix, a French Jesuit explorer and historian who travelled through this region in the 18th century.''

Hello Alessandro, This is a great windshield shot. Wonderful panorama of the area with the blue skies and green plus blue tinge of the forest. I don't know why, but there is lots of blue in the Canadian mountains, in fact there is a song about the Blue Canadian Rockies. Albeit, I know you were not that far west here in Quebec. Super photo. Regards, Roger.

La prospettiva è impressionante, e l'orizzonte si perde. Mi piace la lunga strada tortuosa attraverso la foresta.
Un caro saluto,

Giant spazio infinito canadese coperto da foreste. E il modo che ci conduce in lontananza. Grande cielo.

The road snaking into the far distance gives the feeling of wide spaces, and together with the typical yellow band tells it's North America
Have a nice day JY
