Perce Rock, a photo from Quebec, Central

Photographer's Note

This scanned pic. taken from a boat to Bonaventure-Isle in the village Perce , located in the Gaspe-peninsula , eastern Canada.
At that time there were only few houses in the village, and 150-20 tourists a day.
14 hours from Montreal by bus - no one spoke any English - but I managed.
The rock itself is most impressing and unique - It deffer from the entire area in its geological form and shape. great place to visit.

Shalom Ike,
I have a fascination for old photos (in these digital days, old may mean just 10 years and this one is 31 years), so I had to write about this one. It shows the sign of age, so difficult to disguise no matter the tricks we use in PP, but it is still glamorous and effective showing the beauty of the gigantic sculpture made by nature. I like specially the framing and the glowing surface of the dark water.

a beautiful shot of wonder natural rocks,
amazing figures are well captured here,
especially the tunnel looks very interesting,
right rock looks like human side face and left rock looks like sheep,

Hello Ike,

I like this rock formation.These are huge rocks. For a scanned picture, this looks very nice. Nice reflection giving a nice color contrast in the water.
