Photographer’s Note

The addition of a boardwalk brought new life to the small town of Ste. Anne de Bellevue, now it attracts many weekend and evening visitors to it's many bistros and bars along the boardwalk and reservations are needed to go to any of these places on a Friday or weekend evening.

A bright and colorful scene, Joan. You used the boardwalk in a fine way as it makes this slight turn that leads the viewer deeply into your photo. The repetitive pattern added by the lanterns is also well seen. This sure looks like a spot to spend some quality relaxing time at. You captured the view with good colors and contrast, and the flying bird is a fun detail. Good shot, thanks for sharing.
