This photo is so beautiful, makes me wanna go there. I love the golden color of the trees. I'm just thinking, if you turned a little to the left, that white car would not be in the picture..but it's probably just me..

Hello Serge,
The slightly oblique point of view gives the image depth. I like also the presence of the cyclist and the glistening road. The foliage is very nicely lit and looks lovely against the grey sky.

Bonjour Serge,

Tu as réussi à attraper sans doute le seul rayon de soleil de la journée et le seul brave cycliste osant s'aventurer pour en faire une très belle composition. J'aime cette belle ligne de jaune avec le contraste des petits conifères le long des maisons.

Le temps se gâte, mais pour le plaisir de nos yeux, car les feuilles dorées, le ciel chargé, et la rue transformée en miroir sont très agréables à voir ensemble. Bonne qualité. Bravo.

Bonjour Serge,
a lovely and very well composed picture where everything works superbly: the autumnal light, colours and mood, composition, perspective, story. I love how the fiery colour of the foliage breaks through the dark and subdued colours of the rest of the frame. The way you've managed the light is sonderful. Apart from the immediately obvious contrasts, I also love the subtler play of light and shadow along the facade. Congratulations and thank you!

Bonjour Serge - The wet road with reflections gives the shot a lovely dark contrast and balances out the brilliant colours of the foliage. Love the grey sky, its a good foil for the trees. Have a fine week. Warm regards Rosemary

This is a well composed and a well timed shot. The f/g triangle adds strength and wonderful reflective details, the cyclist is strongly positioned and those atumnal trees provide the 'Mida' touch with their colours.

Ceci est probablement mon préféré jusqu'à présent de la série d'automne. Les couleurs sont majestueux, et semblent être renforcée par la pluie. Le positionnement de l'homme sur le vélo est mon élément préféré. Sa réflexion sur la route noire, la cerise sur le gâteau. Une foto excellente et chef de la gestion de la lumière et le calendrier.

The dark sky makes a perfect contrast with these golden leaves, specially with the sun light! The boy riding his boke and the wet ground really add to the composition! Good autumn shot!
