Here is the current church of Saint-Pierre-de-Broughton inaugurated in 1942. The preceding church, built in 1885, burned in 1941.

Hi Denis,
This old grey cathedral really comes to life as it contrast with the vivid cloudless blue sky. The details and sharpness to this composition are first rate. I love the green door and trim that really pops as it is framed by the snow.

beautiful church, the architecture is very different of brazilian churches. The quality of image was great and I´d like of the deep blue of sky.

Hi Denis,

Yeah, I like this one a lot, there is a very good contrast between the rich polarized sky and pure beauty of the fresh snow. The building must be a great example of local architecture. The stone facade reflects the lighting evenly. Perhaps a more complete perspective with greater FG would look good, but as it is seems to be sufficient. It looks like a well maintained building.

A fine structure, with nice textures, sharpness and a good POV. Yeah its pretty much different from your typical European church or similar structure. Swell colors. A very lively shot of a stationary object.

nice and clean hall-mark capture. good light and detail all through with excellent sky. sharpness is top notch too. maybe a tad too centered the whole composition though, but that might be my very personal feeling.

Hi Denis,

very beautiful perspective of church. The image is clear and sharp. I can see all the pertinent details of the wall and its bricks. Another good point is the dark blue sky on the back which contrasts beautifully with the main subject. Great job!
