Located on Ste-Helene island in Montreal. It was the United Sate pavillion at the Expo'67. It is now used has an exposition center on nature. In 1967 there was a plastic or polymer shell, but in the early 70's If my memory is good, there was a fire and most of it was burned down and they decided to remove all the rest of the plastic windows and keep only the tubing frame.

Bon cadrage et couleurs.
Cela manque peut-être d'un peu de lumière.

It stands out in such contrast to the trees around it. Not only its frame but its perfect shape and the structure inside it. It looks gigantic on the landscape as well. And then with that stone building beside it there is a really strong contrast. It seems that maybe it has been oversharpened, especially in looking at the leaves and the structure of the dome. It is a good point of view for this and well captured in its setting.
