Montreal is a popular Canadian destination, attracting tourists by it's historical old port, European charm, amazing food, and friendly people. The Montreal botanical gardens, biodome, planetarium, and insectarium, are family-friendly attractions, with an annual butterfly exhibit every spring. The many species of butterflies are a hit with photographers.

I have tried so many times to capture shots like this of butterflies, but they are so skittish that I very rarely succeed. That makes this all the more beautiful to view, its incredibly clear and details, and the butterfly itself is a fantastic looking species, certainly not one we have in Ireland. Really appealing shot, really nicely done!

Ładny motyl, u mnie w Europie nie ma takich. Pozdrawiam -Adrian

Very nice positioning ... cropping of this photo. The context of the butterfly and full and under wing shape (colors) is great. The fuzzy background color works very well and adds contrast to the insect. TFS
