Photographer’s Note
Splendid sight on the path which skirts the coast of Grande-Grave to Anse-Blanchette, in the park of Forillon, in Gaspesie. A fairy-like walk! Unfortunately, large clouds were formed and we saw far the downpours. Happily, we had only some drops of rain, and the good weather returned!
I did a repost because I found the original photograph too dark, and not enough contrasted.

Wow, beautiful indeed!
The colours are spectacular, the light too - and I love that rainshower dousing the horizon.
Well spotted and well captured!

Salut!
Wow belle photo! Ca vaut au moins une 3ème place! ;-)

Hi Pascal,
I love this region and often tour the Gaspe when I annually visit my mother's farm in the St. John River Valley in New Brunswick. Here you have captured the grandeur and drama of the clouds and sea. The St. Lawrence has a character all of its own and seems to overwhelm the land with a haunting beauty. Your POV captures the textured beach, with the house perched on the hill. This region remains a rather isolated and charming part of North America and you have caught the ambience very well. Keep well.

Salut Pascal

Greetings Pascal.
Great work in your processing. The contrast is very well done. The dark clouds look very forboding, it is amazing that only a few sprinkles fell on you. Nice color of the water and the white building stands out well against the hillside. Very good.
Regards,
Chris.

Hi Pascal. I must say as soon as I opened this posting I was impressed with the wonderful lighting in this shoreline scene. The dark storm clouds in the distance and the wonderful lighting in the foreground has created almost a fairy tale appeal to this photo. Hard to explain... its just wonderful lighting in an excellent photo. Thanks so much for sharing!

Bonjour Pascal,
Jean-Charles

Great capture Pascal, good composition and exposure. The foreboding look of the sky adds to the drama. Well done..

Hello Pascal,
This is splendid landscape view from shore that your POV adds great perspective from shore. A washing curtain is nicely visible under heavy loaded clouds. I like the white building in green at left bank because its adding great value to your frame and helping to us imagine the scale of your landscape view. Congratulations.
Best Regards,
Parbo

Hi Pascal
The view of the shore is intersting. The drama of the nature is brillantly captured. The sky is looking very horrific. The deep green of the water looks violent. The rough shore adds more to the already horrific scene.Very dramatic shot from nature

Hi Pascal, this is a typical example of a post that doesn't really get through in all its beauty. Don't panic, what I'm trying to say is that a lot of posts are already being judged from the thumbnail look and thats it. The thumbnail of this here looks not interesting at all. Well, just wait until it is open - WOHOOOH, than it is a complete different game. The contrast and lights are superb. The clouds are magnific!

Bonjour Pascal,
