Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken from the Menesutung Rail Bridge in Goderich Ontario on a beautiful sunny day. Although you cannot see it, Lake Huron is out there, under that fog bank. This is the tributary of the Maitland river and the lake, where there is a large ship yard and salt mine. The Menesutung Bridge, the longest railway bridge in Ontario when it was constructed in 1907, has been made into part of a beautiful walking trail. The trail runs from Goderich to Auburn and is about 12 kms long.
