Photographer’s Note
This shot is from my balcony.There is some noise which is due to high ISO setting(ISO 200)becasue it was windy and there was not enough light. I brightened the photo and applied soft focus.Any tips for reducing the noise when using high ISO rating? Thanks for comments.
