Hello Lisan,
C’est très habillement composé !
J’aime cette ligne tout en rondeur qui défile dans le cadre !
La personne qui pousse la porte est parfaitement placée !
Belle maîtrise de la faible lumière ambiante !
Le résultat est étonnant !
Beau travail
Amicalement

ho ho, serious stuff Lisan, excellent compo - the frame is really well divided into 2 different parts with one person in each part, the moment is good as well. this is VERY good, moody stuff, one of your best ones

I didn't notice the second one..
And he is definitly a must in the compo. a bit unfortunate how he is mixed with the floor, maybe also my calibration is not the best. the colours, just amazing..

ha ha...now you are beginning to speak up...this Pinkhassov seems to be taking you for a ride ;-)
I like this, but I liked your first Pinkhassovian post more. Here the colors are more saturated and there is a lot more complexity in the composition. But this photo is more conventional, the rebeliousness does not come through. The most unfortunate factor has been the dark carpet on the floor (conversely, the dark dress of the man) which obliterates the man through the door. Had either been lighter, and had you used a slower shutter speed to blur that lower man, the photo would have dazzled. But then this is merely the second page of your new book!

Maybe this will be the end of the blues, Lisan, maybe the rain has dried up now, I see a sign, it says Omega, the end, so maybe the end of the rain.
Fascinating composition, with the curves and the layers.
I don't exactly understand where the reflection of the lights comes from.
I was looking at the pattern of the carpet, and I suddenly see a second person in your shot, that one who is leaving.

ok nice mood here..
and the atmosphere is being split into 2 very nicely here.
you were just a little unlucky that the person below seems to be getting camouflaged in the dark block of tiles on the floor on the other side.
take care :)

This is really a wonderful shot Lisan, i loved the way you divided the frame into two sections..i wish the guy on the bottom were more evident. Yes, its a bit Pinkhassov-ish
but yours is more formal i would say..
a great compo. a great shot from you.

This is better, nice strong divide but the person in the lower half -although anonymous (tick!)- is not very distinguished against his background. You should have waited for someone else....
That's the thing i noticed when i looked through his shots: his locations are very important to the shot (unlike parr) so you really have to hunt around to find one (such as this). Once there, he must just wait for people to roll through the frame, but it is a precise and patient game he plays. Here, i think you should be lower- we should perhaps see him through the glass so the second reflection of the fairy lights is more prominent, also he is not in the best position as the frame of the window goes into him. Getting lower would also introduce all the legs of the chairs into silhouettes, and would highlight their reflections. The blue tones however, are excellent for this scene.
