Photographer's Note

These three stained glass windows and 11 more similar ones are the highlight of Toronto's Hungarian R.C. Church. They were designed by two Hungarian-Canadian nuns, Sister Palladina M. Szentgyörgyváry and Sister Antonia Mouillon, and made in Austria. They depict Blessed Gizella, she was the wife St. Stephen, Hungary's first king; St. Elizabeth of Hungary (1207-31), the patron Saint of the church; and St. Margaret of Hungary (1242-71).
