While out for a drive got this shot of the sunset along Hwy.61 near Thunderbay,Ontario.

Beautifully captured, Blair. However, I may have been inclined to crop about 2/3 of the black area of at the bottom of the picture - to direct the viewer straight to the sky. At the moment my eyes seem to get caught near the horizon. You have captured the instant very well :D

nice sunset, but i think that the horizon is too centred. i would crop out a significant part of the black on the bottom.

I agree with cropping (and showing more sky) - it would create a bit more depth. Nice colours.

Hi Blair,
The foreground is too important and too black. The picture should be cropped for a better result. But it was a beautiful sunset. Thanks for sharing !

hi Blair,
great colours in the sunset, sun dead centre and great cloud configuraions. well captured shot. i also agree with the comments above about the cropping, reducing the froeground by at least 1/2 would turn this from a very good shot into a great shot. chris
