Photographer’s Note

Entering the harbor in Thunderbay Ontario, there are islands everywhere. Its fasinating to me as their shapes are unlike I've seen from where I am from. (Vermont) This photo is of the Trowbridge Island Lighthouse which lights up the way for my Sailor Guy as he travels by it more often at night then in the day..:o) Originally I didn't have so much framing on the photo..didn't realize that Trekearth had min requirements as well as maxium and my photo was too narrow..

Hi Donna,
You should have posted this as a Panorama shot, that way you could shared a larger version. The place looks fascinating but you have lost out on pixels here.

The scenery looks beautiful. You have composed it so well with the island jutting out into the frame and the lighthouse providing the interest. It's just a bit too small to appreciate fully and a large version allowed for panoramics would be a good idea as Sabyasachi suggests.
