Photographer’s Note

In Thunder Bay you can find a lot of grain elevators. It´s one of the biggest, maybe the biggest, Grain ports in Canada. When I was there in September is was not very busy, because most of the grain from the prairie provinces is shipped earlier.

This is well cropped and framed. There is a nice diagonal that leads the eye straight from the ship to the grain silos. The floral foreground adds nice color and contrast to the overall composition. I wish I would see the water a bit more, but I don't know if that would have been possible from where you were standing.
