Very nice shot. To be honest, without the tip of the canoe/kayak, this would not hold my interest well, but adding that one detail makes all the difference. I think a little crop at the top will help to break up the half and half composition without losing anything important to the shot. I think you can do some adjustments to bring out a little more detail in the foreground/tip of the boat as well. I will post a workshop with my ideas. Nice shot.

Very nice photo. Is like i'm in dark and ready to go out into light. It makes me to feel like i sail from the night to day
