Photographer’s Note
Tonight I feel like posting something a bit lighter than my previous frosty shot. While the Canadian winter is raging outside, an increasing amount of people take shelter in the warmth of small coffeeshops, nursing a hot coffee, tea or cocoa. The little girl teasing her father was in fact nursing two muffins, not wanting to let go of either in order to keep her father's attention. I found her and the little clever haggle she came up with adorable, and decided to record it for posterity ;-)
(I know this is a very tight crop but this is what I could come up at the moment...
PS TE friends, please do not blame Francis for this crazy tilt... it is all my making ;)

the little girl's look at the dad's cray ex[ression is great. The warmth comes through very clearly and the colors are positively cozy.
I super like the tight crop and the tilt is good too.

What a funny photo! What an alarming tilt that comes off so well in placing the two muffins right where our eyes naturally fall. Excellent composition.

Sasa, this is just a good illustration that two is better than one. With your tilt though dad looks quite overpowering ;) Did he get to eat his muffin after all?
I like the way you see such situations.
take care,

Oh wow! You're re-writing the book on tilting, Sasa! I bow to your superior daring...:o) And thanks for the disclaimer on my behalf - I was afraid I might have to barricade myself after seeing this.
But then I love it, you know? Someone else might have really messed up at those angles, but you know too much for that to happen.
Best,
Francis

very good use of the tilt and good framing. I like the father's expression, trying to make the girl laught probably , but the little girl seems to wonder if her daddy is crazy... so cute the way she's holding the muffins.

Watch out kid, the glasses and the drink are falling into you.
I really like the faces, very good connection between the 2. A moment with lot of tenderness.
Thanks, Alain -

Hi Sarolta.

Great timing to catch his expression like that, and pretty clever to get a candid shot with that equipment, were you shooting blind?

The same smart tilt than "no ginger today", a very funny catch, especially those 2 face expressions. A very nice catch Sasa.

this is fantastic Sasa, a very radical tilt:-)but it's great, i'm wondering when gravitational field will hold its claim on their bodies and they'll fall right to te ground:-)excellent ncomposition and the father's face caught at a perfect moment!

:)) goog tilt dear Sasa..
she looks so small under her dad..that should be how we felt when we were so small...I think is it is good tight crop..I am disturbed by the cups though :) I feel like all the hot coffee will be pouring on her...
hugs..

LOL
when i first saw this photo i was complaing about the heavy tilt... too heavy imo. But now i find a lyrical and funny reason for it... it accentuate even more the gap of sizes beetween father and son... like david and golias :P
