I was in Ottawa, back in 2010, in a day that was exactly like that... very cold!
I love your picture of that place!
TFS - congrats,

This is a great reminder of why so many of us Canadians like to travel in the winter! It truly feels cold but has wonderful muted colours and is well composed with the faded buildings way off in the distance.

This looks bitter cold frozen winterscape in rather moody grey atmosphere and the whole feeling of the picture but that prominent building excels in my eyes. Your pov is wonderful emphasizing on the foreground snow detail while allowing the eyes to walk through The composition and exposure are very well controlled. The trees frame the landscape nicely as the path leads diagonally into the shot. Excellent effort, Congrats, TFS
