So this another shot of the Sky Wheel on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls on Clifton Hill. Again, I setup across the road on Clifton Hill and waited for no traffic, to avoid brake light streams. I like the picture but find the top of the bowling pins(red neon) distracting. This is the unedited version, just resized.

Welcome to TE.
i am a fan of long exposure shots, i think it's the effect of streching time and showing motion in photos.
i like the motion in the wheel and the colours throughout the shot.
just two points. use the maximum pixel and byte size that you can as this will show off your photo's in more detail.
your shot is quite dark so i have posted a workshop lightening the shot to show the foreground detail.
