Photographer’s Note
This is one of several old properties currently for sale in Niagara-on-the-Lake, one of the most beautiful garden towns of Southern Ontario.
A tour of the now empty house was a trip into the last century with magnificent if faded architectural detail. The gaze out the window was of trendy tourists enjoying the glory of the past. What next? Restoration or townhouses? Only time will tell. Cloudy afternoon.

Nice picture Linda
I like the fact that six different glass panes have a very distinct view from each others ... and it looks as if six different pictures have been mosaiced together ...
good capture ... cheers ... sarju
PS: NOTL ... yes it is quite an area to live if one can get a job over there ... memories ... I had a nice time over there last summers

Bonjour Linda
Great picture and perfect exposition.
Everything is realistic, even the putty around the panes and the distorted view through the lower right one, caused by unperfectly manufactured antique glass.
I would have prefer fewer people in the pathway.
Thanks.

Hi Linda! Well done, I like the use of the frame, it brings more deep to the picture. I really like the different greens.
