Mississauga is the fastest growing city in Canada and one of the fastest in the world. It grew from 380,000 to 705,000 in the last 20 years. [compare to the other city of this size. e.g. Hannover or Nurnberg].

The city of Mississauga is also the world phenomenon in financial terms. It is debt free and it carries no current deficit. All municipal building, including libraries, city hall, art centre, swimming pools (etc. you name them), were build and financed, using yearly incomes, without mortgage.
