Lagoon City is a small community of mostly retired, boating enthusiasts, built on swampland on the shore of Lake Simcoe, a large lake connected to the Atlantic ocean and the Great Lakes via the Trent Canal.. Fifty years ago a Hungarian immigrant civil engineer started the development with the hope that it will grow into a 'Canadian Venice'. It did not happen, but it grew into a community of about 2000 residents living along the man made lagoons in condo complexes or in detached houses like this one, and enjoying their nice boats.

This is very easy, out this house immediate on the boat
I like your choice of your angle excellent with very fine details, also the jet skies as extra toys.
Excellent composition, nice captured, good presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice day,

Well this certainly looks like a kind of place I would happily live, especially if it was I a house like that with that boat outside. I like the idea of a Canadian venice, and even if it did not take off, 2000 residents is still a good size community, bigger than many Irish towns.
And of course, the flag flies proudly. Nce one, when I win the lottery, I will really consider moving to this place.
All the best
