Another shot from Lake Superior Provincial Park. This waterfall cascaded quickly down a rocky slope deep in the woods and far inland from Lake Superior. The majesty of this nature preserve is incredible. One of the biggest parks along the Great Lakes, it provides some fantastic hiking along the shoreline of Lake Superior and along the numerous rivers and streams that empty into the massive lake.

Very nice picture you've got here, with very efficient use of b&w! This photo is composed in a way that my eyes are in a sense forced to follow the water fall, so well captured in its movement. It's a pity it's a bit too dark on the background, but that doesn0t spoil it much, as the contrast level does manage to be efficient and the scenery seems sharp. So thumbs up!

Good idea to shoot at a slow shutter speed. I like the motion blur of the water...luckily you had a tripod...
