| I went out this afternoon with the intention of taking the winter view of the canal which I posted the other day. Unfortunately I couldn't get to the bridge because there was approximately a 3 ft snow bank barring the way to the path which was also covered in about 2 feet of snow, so I looked for another subject and saw the long road up to the communicty entrance way. This is the road which the residents have to take to the mailboxes which are at the entrance way to the community. |

Wonderful shot, I particularly like the way the road is winding through the picture. Well seen and well taken. Congratulations.

I agree with all the above, wonderful shot, beautiful picture.
White snow is so beautiful, where I live it usually melts so fast it's brown within in a day, at least in the city. I really like walking on soft white winter roads, it's a nice feeling under your feet.
Good light metering, considering how hard it is to get good light in snow pictures this is really good. The red sticks add some variation and color to the picture.

Beautiful winter scene. Nice clean snow makes an exellent view on the village. The vivid red colour on the snow sticks it is perfect. Good shot.
What a cold blanket, it looks so clean! I did a little workshop for you Joan, see what you think.:)
