A very welcoming sight when the temperature has dipped down to -24deg.C. and the snow is shadowed by the pale light of the winter sunset.

I like the timing, gives a happy atmosphere.
Nice pic!

The blue colour helps add to the cold feeling with the snow and the -24 degree C notes. There is a real sense that you need to wrap up warm.
I have posted a W/S which gives a very different feel. Rather I have tried to post W/S but I'm having problems. I'll try again tomorrow.

I like this blue color of the snow and the lights. Very nice composition!

Interesting contrast between the fading blue light and the yellow lamps. The foreground tree is a little too big for my taste as it tends to dominate the picture, but I like it still.

You gallery has beautiful photos, Joan, but today I stopped on this one. Of course it is good to see the house when you are arriving home with a temperature that low...; I love pictures with snow, because my country is a warm one, in Lisbon there is never snow, just in some regions in the north of Portugal, so this is a really beauty to my eyes!
