Une vue de l'église Saint Patrick qui est située à Witless Bay à Terre-Neuve. Elle a été construite en 1840. La photo a été prise à 1330(HT) lors d'une prmenade en voiture sous un temps brumeux et pluvieux.

A view of St-Patrick church, it is located in Witless bay in Newfoudland. It was built in 1840. The photo was talen at 1330(NT)during a car trip under foggy and rainy weather.

Bonjour Pierre,

Malgré la brume, l'église ressort bien avec son toit vert. Un autre style de construction très simple. L'angle de prise de vue permet de voir l'église dans son ensemble.

I would be careful with the pp work on the sky not to blur the trees or horizon or roof, by using a zero (0)feather, & no more than 5 pixels blur, close up. I sometimes do it in 3 parts. About an inch from any trees or roofs, 25 pixels, 1/2 inch away, 10 pixels, 1/4 inch or less, 1 to 5 pixels. Apart from that the diffused light and framing are excellent. Maybe a small crop from the front. Bon Dimanche!

Bonjour Pierre,
Je regrette la présence de la voiture contre laquelle tu n'as rien pu faire. Le point de vue et le cadrage sont bien choisis. La netteté est bonne, les couleurs sont de bonne qualité dans cette grisaille. Bravo.

Pierre, I think that your search toward bad weather, a lovely picture and good subject but a grey sky through the rain day.
Nevertheless soft and quiet image.

Bonjour mon cher Pierre,
On voit assez fort que la photo a été retouchée au niveau du ciel, le dessus flouté du ciel trahit. Une voiture mal placée, l'église par contre est parfaitement exposée.
