Hiding Place Photo

Photographer’s Note

“Hiding Place” is the name of this photograph and it was taken today by our house. You need to walk behind a large tree near the river and behold this magnificent place. It is a great place for a quiet picnic or a rest. Sometimes our dog gets a long quiet drink after a lengthy walk.
A neutral density polarizer was used to slow down the river.The shutter speed was 13 second and the F- stop was 10.

Hello Jim,
I really like the dark, glassy appearance of the water with the long exposure. There are interesting patterns and reflections throughout the shot for a unique presentation. TFS.
