Beautiful sunset colours with interesting silhouette. You can feel the runner's speed in the blurred image. Good composition with plenty of space in front of the runner for him to move into. Unfortunately whether from oversharpening, or other technical reason, there are white outlines around the dark colours. The picture looks strange.
