Homeros Valley is a candidate for an attraction center being built between the Bornova district center and Kayadibi village by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality.
There are thousands of trees, artificial ponds, walking paths and picnic areas in the valley. People can get a rest from the confusion and stress of the cities. The valley shows off the beauty of its small waterfalls and many colors of green. It is expected that the valley will be a new attraction center in the summer. In addition to its proximity to the districts of Konak, Karşıyaka, Buca and Bornova, the valley has the potential to become a favorable resting place.
How to get to the valley :
There are different two routes to Homeros Valley. After passing the center of Bornova, the districts of Kızılay, Atatürk, İnönü and Evka-4, the valley lies approximately 5 kilometers farther, near Eğridere and the Çamiçi village road. The second route is through the Ergene district and Bornova, passing the Suga Soda Water Factory, through Kayadibi Village and then nearly 7 kilometers further.
