i love the contrasting expressions of the donkey & rider. great photo, and the grain adds a timeless feel to it

I've seen many photos of panning, but I have to say that this one has the quality of being quite unique. Not seen that often a donkey has the subject of a panning! That goes against their reputation! ;)
You have improved a lot the photo, that's the least I can say. A lot better crop, though I'm not too sure why you cut the behind. Colors are a lot better too.

i confess: coming to your gallery is refreshing. in the sense, that your fotos are really INTERESTING (for me that is). they tell stories and i like that. take this one: an amazing shot... a RACING DONKEY... geez... almost surreal. i find this to be a sight that would well belong in a movie by kusturica (if you know this yugoslavian director). my compliments to your eye and timing! keep 'them' (images) coming! ;)

ps. if recrop, why not recrop it to panoramic format? would enhance the movement feel.
um. should i mark your note useful? it's long enough... nah. i can tell myself from looking at the photo it's a teenage donkey rider. sorry ;)
