Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken just before sunset at Dixon on Soqotra, an island off the coast of Yemen that has many endemic plans and animals. The mushroom shaped trees are called Dragon's Blood Trees and are found only on Soqotra, and Dragon's Blood forest is a common sight above 500m.
