Hola Daniel.
Very good portrait with the man as the focal point in the picture and the great daily life DOF, very well captured. It looks like a 3D shot. Well done.
TFS.
Best regards.

Very nice portrait. The old street with its life is an excellent background. The use of flush is just right.

Hello, Daniel -
Good use of fill flash; I have to admit that in the thumbnail it looked like a Photoshop job, but up close I can see how it is a single image. You could fix the tilt in the background, though, with a bit of perspective cropping.
Regards,
Dan

Salut daniel
Le regard de cet homme est sympa et très expressif. le flash est très doux sur son visage. Il y avait aussi une belle lumière dans cette ruelle.

Did you flash directly over his eyes? Any reaction or just that subtle smile? Anyway, it came up very well and with an overall great light. Well done.
Antonio
PS. Thanks for your last visit.

Hi Daniel,
I like how the people are arranged in a zig-zag manner slowly leading our eyes back into the end of the street. The back lighting created a nice atmosphere for this place and the fill flash showed your experience in handling this type of situation. Lovely shot!!!
Regards and a nice weekend.

Superbe priseavec cette lumiere qui arrive du haut entre les murs et descend sur la rue. Bonne utilisation du flash et super bon choix de DOF. On s'y croirait vraiment. Tres bien fait.

Daniel: fill-flash is great! I never get around to using it with the 5D since it would require an external. Great portrait with one of the most important components of a travel portrait - environmental details. superb. regards, c

Salut Daniel,
Trés bon portrait prit sur le vif,l'utilisation du flash est parfaite pour adoucir le contre jour,l'arriere plan est aussi trés chouette avec les passants et le rayon de lumiere oblique, bravo!

Hello Daniel,
You have a very interesting gallery hre.
My knowledge of photography is limited and i dont know whether the technique that u follow - the one with a very focused subject in the corner of the frame with the rest of the background in contrast-has a particular name....but i wud straight away begin to identify this from now on as "Danielistic Contrast":).
This technique really works wonders on the shot and creates a terrific impact on the composition. It holds true for ths shot too, crisp and well contrasted.
TFS & Cheers

Hi Daniel, Ideal portrait for TE it shows the people and surroundings of a far away place we'll likely not visit. I like the clarity and skin tones. The 18-200 worked well with your settings. I'm considering this lens so very interested in your good result. TFS. Murray.

Salut Daniel
Tes portraits du Yemen sont super, par contre on dirait qu'il y a un petit manque de piqué avec le sigma, avec un 50 mm fixe tu aurais sans doute vu une difference. cela dit j'admire/
