I just love hanging around with an interesting background, especially in a souk or market and waiting for (in the words of the song) 'the right guy to come along'.
He did and here he is in all his glory.

I use the same "lying in wait" strategy a lot, partly because it seems less rude (or will be perceived as less rude) if I wait for someone to walk into my picture, rather than actively pointing the camera at them. The "right guy" certainly did come along in this case, and you got a great shot with wonderful textures and an appealing expression. The light is wonderful, too. One small suggestion to be picky: the man is rather centered, maybe you could crop 15 percent or so off the right side, say between the two wood doors. Regards, Ken.
