Photographer’s Note
The detail, design and architecture which is evident in many of the new and modern shopping malls in Dubai, never ceases to amaze me. This Persian dome is one of the numerous themes built into the Ibn Battuta mall, which is located 20 km from Dubai CBD.
Although I have taken a few photos of this dome previously, in this I wanted to include a slightly wider shot, showing more of the surrounds and the lights included in the area. I don't take my tripod when I go shopping therefore this shot was taken hand-held, with no increaase in ISO....maybe I should have increased to 200 or 400 to improve clarity.
