This is my first photo from observation deck of Burj Khalifa located on 124th floor and 452m above the ground.
As you could see on my first photo of Burj Khalifa there were few clouds to be seen and as the night progressed it was only worse,so 5.30AM it was really bad and the view was obscured by morning mist and clouds.
In WS you can see single JPG picture taken at this time.
This one is HDR(3 exposures -2,0,+2)
I hope you´ll like it!

Ciao e buon fine settimana

Wow Krzysztof, this is a smashing scene. Such an apt name too, the veins of the city filled with golden life and in between these soaring towers reaching into the sky, but of course none so tall as the one you are in. There is an amazing assortment of colors in this, vivid blues and neon greens, and down at
street level purples and orange and gold. This gives such a fantastic sense of the height of this amazing structure, that we are looking DOWN at those other immense skyscrapers. Wonderful shot again Krzysztof, thanks for sharing.

This view looks almost unreal, like an architect's or city planner's dream of the future. It's hard to realize this is an actuall city today. The darkness among the houses and the lights of the streets have a very strange effect. It's a quite remarkable view.

Impressive view and intersting effect with these lights, well framed and presented, tfs.
macjake (64768) 2014-04-05 11:13
so are you peering over the edge of the building when you took this one? haha
dangling your legs over the edge like a crazy person?
love seeing the orange light among all the dark colors and tall buildings.
these are the views you visit Dubai for!
too bad about the morning mist, but thats far out of your control - unless you have some super human powers we don't know about!

Hello Kris, the photo is a great gift for lovers of HDR technique, a great job and unparalleled views! But I think the picture is clear and lacks contrast, I made a WS, hope you like it, anyway congratulations, a real show! Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

awesome is the only word to describe this view and your capture of it. The HDR treatment of this has yielded some amazing effects and detail, and to be honest I love this misty feel it adds to the atmosphere and magic so beautifully. Workshop images interesting, ever tried mixing the two shots in Photoshop? Intrigued by your bracketing too, +/-1 being the norm, so will have to experiment a bit I think. Dazzling imagery this though! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Enjoy a peaceful Sunday - B.

This one really came out beautifully, Krzysztof - I see Luciano's point regarding the contrast, but this does I think better reflect the reality of the mist, and the glow it leaves is a nice feature. I love your choice of subject too - the pulsing light from the interchange jumps out of the shot. Really cool, thanks!

Zapierajacy dech widok!

A fantastic and futuristic shot of this scene from the high viewpoint. In such low light I think HDR was the best and most creative option to transform what might have been just a long exposure into something that has another quality about it. It feels alive when you look at this.

patrzac na to zdjecie doceniam wysokosc wiezy ktora przedstawiles na poprzednim zdjeciu. Niesamowity widok i pieknie uchwycony w Twoim obiektywie. Dlui czas naswietlania przyniosl swietny rezultat w postaci linii swiatel. Piekny kadr i bardzo dobre swiatlo.

Wow! Amazing capture of this city! It does look like those illustration of veins. Awesome timed exposure with wonderful colors. Well done, tfs.

une vue impressionnante qui permet d'avoir une vue étendue sur la ville a la nuit tombé, superbe l'effet des lumières jaunes un peu partout dans la ville, belle réalisation

your vantage point was so high, this really looks like an aerial picture, it covers vast space and allows us to learn a lot but also create stories about this city. It's amazing how the city is defined by the colourful lights and how intricate and rewarding its aerial view is. I like very much the abrupt interruption of the lights and the darkness beyond. There's a strong futuristic aspect and the mist gives a fascinating sense of transparency. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely evening,

Witaj Krzysztof, co za wspanialy widok z obserwacyjnego punktu. Niesamowita wysokosc. Chyba troche stach ogarnia bedac tak wysoko. Super zdjecie. Podoba mi sie.

Good evening Krzysztof
Amazing cityscape from the top of a skyscrapper, with the orange highways contrasting with the brown buildings and blue lights. A picture too soft for my taste.

Hey there Krzysztof,
I hate to do this, but with very limited free time at the moment, please pardon my ‘copy & paste’ note. I really wanted to respond to as many as possible before this next week really gets away from me. With no time for details unfortunately, I can still say this image is one that I find quite enjoyable. :) All the best to you and yours for a Happy Easter. Take care.
Glad to hear from you as always. Thanks for the notes today my friend!

...and veins of gold, amazingly cool shot!
delpeoples (56726) 2014-05-09 3:01
Ahhh this is just stunning. It truly does look like the veins of the city and I can see the blood pumping through them. No doubt you were working under difficult conditions, through a window and with the heat and smog haze. I really is a superbly realised photo, of great quality and artistry. Congratulations.
