Photographer’s Note
The Burj-al-Arab Hotel at the Jumeirah beach of Dubai has been acknowledged as the best hotel in the World. When I slept there some years ago, the last night before my departure to a very early morning flight home, somebody knocked on the door of my small suite at about 11 pm. The suite was "small" only 170 square meters in two floors and it was one of the smallest suites in that hotel. All plasma screens in my suite, where pictures of famous painters were displayed, light up in that moment and showed instead of the pictures the face of a hotel servant standing behind my door. When I opened the door, the man with smiling face asked politely: "Sir, I am your personal buttler, may I pack you luggage?" What a shame, I had already packed all my luggage myself. However the feeling I had (be it only for several days) a personal buttler was very exciting. Even though I didn't know all the time until he came to offer me his assistance.

Aha ha ha ha ha ha ha - what an experience you had here, Michael.....what a shame you didn't know that you had a personal buttler until almost too late. Well, it must have been an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. You have captured it very well and mangaged to show us the great light on it.
