Photographer's Note
This is the view from the top of the highest dune in the Rub al Khali desert, also known as the Empty Quarter. This dune is 300 mtrs high. The Empty Quarter borders the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. The majority of it lies in Saudi Arabia.
