Excellent shot, with a lot of graphysm and a dynamic scene. One suggestion: I would crop about half of the black part in the bottom.
I think there is too much black, and removing a part of it would give more balance to the lights and dark parts of the picture.

This series of fishermen and nets is really fantastic. I do not grow tired. Here the rhythm created by the alignment of the fishermen is very beautiful and the curve of the yellow and whites ballcocks form a very beautiful contrast.

Hi Ali, I like your whole seriers of the Black Sea fishermen at work. Here, as before, you've made good use of the graceful lines of their nets and the colour and graphics of their buouys for dramatic effect. (I would have been tempted to crop some of the lower dark part though). Great work!
