Nice place with a good view to the mountains. You should use a polarization filter for getting a better sky colour.

Merhaba Asim,
Being over the clouds always gives a great sensation of freedom, and the person contemplating this is a good bonus. Now you had to shoot with difficult light here and I think you could have managed it better, first shoot RAW to be able to adjust highlights and shadows separately later, then shoot using a smaller aperture to prevent blown out highlights, control your histogram after shooting (display photo and press info to change display until you get the view with histogram and blinking overexposed highlights), possibly a bit of fill flash yould have helped as well here.
