The cat silohette is in the perfect place. It is under the light, and it looks like a sphynx making the guard to the temple.
You might even consider to make an alternative version of this picture, by cropping it and removing the door, and leave the square on the right with the cat and nothing else.

compliments. I am a great cat lover but that does not influence my appreciation of this picture.:-) The positioning of the meditative cat, the strong light and shadows, the tilt, the opening to the outside with the people...a very spontaneous image, full of atmosphere and life.

Hi Hunkar, nice shot! Of course I like the silhouette of the still cat just at the edge of the light cone, but I also like a lot the contrast between the quite dark place and the busy and colorfull street across the door. Nice games of light and shadow.

It is a very beautiful photo where 2 worlds are in confrontation: the world of the silhouette and the world of the light.
Silhouettes are just before enlightened zones. If they move just a little, the magic will be finished, they will not be any more in the world of silhouettes but they will enter the world of the realityl!
I put your photo in my preferred because I think that it is very important for me, it makes me many things understand but I do not know how to explain them in english or in turkish!!!
Never mind... I tell you:

two weeks prior of you shooting this shot I passed this door and I'm pretty sure that I saw this cat at the exact same spot! Can you believe it? The difference is that you saw the potential of this composition and light feast and I didn't. Wonderful image!
