A blurry picture of some cats - why?
If you must photograph these annoying creatures, using a longer focal length to isolate one of the animals would have worked better. As would using a wider aperture to throw those railings more out of focus - you'd have had to make sure that something (ie one of the cats) was actually in-focus in the first place though.
