Another photograph from Eski (old) Doğanbey...

Eski (old) Doğanbey (Doe-ahn-bay) was once filled with Turkish Muslims and Greek Orthodox peoples, living and working side by side, until the Treaty of Lausanne in 1923, which sent the Greeks to Greece and brought many Turkish Muslims to Turkey. Then the town was abandoned, and the new population built a new Doganbey down the mountain, nearer the sea.

The old village of Doğanbey is like an open air museum, demonstrating the most beautiful examples of Turkish and Greek architecture carrying the traces of past civilizations... Doğanbey is 25km from Soke, and Aydin is 50km from Soke.

You can examine almost all of the plant types of the Mediterranean maquis plant cover with the most live and healty species, you can see or hear the voices of some forest birds such as the red falcon, partridge, the Florya, the blackbird and the wood pigeon; you can walk under the 40 m lenght waterfall; at the upper parts of Incirlipinar you can meet with many animals like the friendly badger, the wild boar, the fox, the the rock marten and the horses and cattles who were abandoned and became feral in the nature.

very nice composition with the beautiful house to steal the show.Excellent the vivid light and colours.The wall fence with the flowers to decorate the whole scenery,create depth of field in your shot.The sharpness and the clarity is great.Well done my friend.

A note illustrating well the image with the Mediterranean flowers in front of the house, giving a nice touch of colors.
The POV shows the architecture nicely and details are sharp.

It's the 3rd time I intend to write something about this one. I hope I am not interrupted another time. :D
It's a very attractive view of that charming country cottage. The wall lined with oleanders drives our look to the house very nciely and the light and colours are gorgeous. One feels a bit envious of the owners of the property.
