what an awesomely grand ruin. Excellent POV that catches the entire area. The palaces warm earth colours against the deep blue sky make this a very attractive and eye pleasing picture.

I just had a look at the original you have done a very good job of filtering. Is there no habitation around? seems to be a desolate place especially as no vegetation can be seen either.
Hakki a little note would be lovely with the picture.

Hakki,
I like this version much better than the original. The sharpness and clarity is much better here with excellent lighting and DOF. The background makes a great backdrop for the ruins.

My first impression is that you know the light and the colors, and your present your pictures well: I would say that this picture is older than 2003, because there has been some restoration work before that date. This is an awesome shot. Fascinating shot of architecture ruins, excellently framed with the off-centre minaret against the backdrop of the mounatins. Very good work!

Hello Hakki - definitely the improvement over the original version is remarkable, this one has everything it takes to make a nice image, I really like the contrast the sunlit palace makes with the distant dark clouds.

The position of this place is just amazing. It's a touch of warmth (color tones) in a sea of coolness. Your point of view does a nice job capturing the feel for where this place is. It gives a sense of loneliness of the ruins amid this desolate landscape. Maybe had you gotten a wider view that would have added to the sense of the landscape here. And one of the unforseen details that I like is that you've got someone perfectly framed in the window on the lower right. Just sort of gives us a ghostly character to inhabit these ruins.
